1. Check the surface of wooden pallet
Check the surface of the wooden pallet, the surface of the wooden pallet should be flat, without burr, flash, crack and deformation affecting the use, and the color of the same batch of wooden pallet should be consistent. The fasteners shall not be higher than the surface of the wooden pallet, and there shall be no bulge or outcrop at the fastener parts. The fasteners shall be able to connect the components reliably, and shall have anti-skid performance, so as to ensure the safe operation in the process of transportation, loading, unloading and stacking. Pallets are allowed to be stacked in three layers during storage, and wooden pallets should be able to stack stably in multiple layers.
2. Pallet size
The external dimension of the wooden pallet should be within the specified tolerance range. The tolerance of the outer dimension of the flat tray is usually 0 -- 6 mm. In order to meet the specified tolerance, some materials need to have a positive tolerance due to shrinkage, and the manufacturing tolerance of wooden pallet is ± 3mm.
3. The stress point of wooden pallet is even
Wooden pallet plays a very important role in the process of using, placing and transportation. If you don't have a wooden pallet to place the goods, or if you can't find a suitable pressure point, it is likely to cause the goods to fall. During the actual operation of the wooden pallet, we need to use slight force to place the goods stably to avoid damage. This needs to take into account the patience of the staff handling goods, everyone should be careful and serious.
When using the wooden pallet, pay attention not to be exposed to the sun, which will lead to the aging of the wooden pallet, making the material of the wooden pallet loose and the hardness damaged.
